Sticks' Ahi and Tofu with Couscous

Couscous, 1 cup, dry, yields Sprouts Medium Firm Tofu, 85 grams (1/5 of container) Mushrooms, fresh, 1 medium Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 tbsp Scallions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped) Ahi Tuna, 2 oz Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup Seasonings:Mrs DashFresh GarlicTony Cachere's Salt Free Cajun Seasoning
Cook the couscous separately
In a frying pan put all the other ingredients first (cook fish first)
Slice up tofu into .5inch cubes
Slice the Asparagus into 2 inch portions
Cook it all and serve on a bed of the couscous.
Serving Size: 2 large bowls
