Crockpot Asian Beef & Broccoli

1 pound beef top sirloin, sliced thin or cubed1.5 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced1 medium onion, cut into wedges1 cup reduced sodium beef broth or stock3 tblsp Ken's Teriyaki Marinade & Glaze1 tblsp sesame seeds1 tsp sesame oil2 cups multigrain egg noodles (or substitute brown rice)1 tblsp cornstarch2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped (or substitute bok choy)
Spray crockpot liner with nonstick spray. Combine beef, mushrooms, onion, broth, glaze, seeds and oil and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Mix cornstarch with 2 tblsp of cold water and stir into crockpot. Add broccoli and cover for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare egg noodles separately and serve.
