Mock Vegan Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cans chick peas, drained and rinsed1/2 cup vegenaise2 stalks celery, finely chopped2 T finely chopped parsley1 cup walnut halves, chopped1 T yellow mustard1 medium red bell pepper, dicedSalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Mash chick peas by hand or in a food processor. Add all other ingredients to the mashed chick peas and mix well.
