Ingredients
1 - 6oz container of SODelious greek style plain yogurt3 boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed1/2 TBSP of Olive Oil20 whole green beans (halved optional)1 cup sliced Zucchini1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup chopped onion2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast1 clove garlic mincedPinch salt/pepper1 TBSP dried Basil1 Tsp dried Parsley1 cup Low sodium Chicken Broth
Directions
Prepare pasta as package directs.....
In large skillet heat oil over medium heat ....add onion and mushroom cook 5 min...add garlic and chicken, cook till browned....add vegies and broth....bring to simmer...cover...stir occasionally til vegies are to desired doness...add yogurt, yeast and seasonings til well combined.....serve
