Brown Rice Mexican Bake

Ingredients
1lb Lean Ground Beef1T chili powder1C chunky salsa1C water1.5C uncooked instant brown rice1C taco cheese
Directions
Brown meat with chili powder. Add salsa and water. Bring to a boil. Add uncooked rice and reduce head to low. Let simmer for 5 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from head and top with cheese. Serve as is or roll in tortillas.
