Why does everyone get so upset over the pictures, this is a recipe you could add a lot of different things to depending on your likes and your tastes. Looks great and sounds great to me. - 9/9/13

You can add any veggies you like to this recipe and have a one-dish meal that tastes wonderful. I like recipes like, this one, that give me a foundation that I can build on. I would add some orange or yellow bell peppers , halved grape tomatoes, and some asparagus tips to the recipe. - 9/9/13

I think this will be tasty with thinly sliced boneless chicken breasts, too. No one else in my house will eat seafood. Definitely something worth trying. I love having recipes to start with that I can modify as needed to meet dietary preferences and/or restrictions. - 9/9/13

Just wondering how you get 4-3oz servings (12 ounces) when you start with 16 ounces shrimp and add more ingredients?

PS- the pic has small red and light green peppers, sliced garlic, and cilantro. top this with line zest and squeeze lime. - 9/9/13

The recipe looks good, but what is all the green stuff in the picture? Green onions? Green peppers? They have celery pictured on the cutting board, but the green is too green to be celery. - 9/9/13

I think I would throw in some spinach at the last minute and let it wilt a bit. Paired with a slice of crunchy mculti grain bread would be wonderful. Thinking about it as and easy meal when I host a reunion of my sorority sisters this fall. - 9/9/13

Great flavor! I used red pepper flakes instead of peppers. I'll definitely make this again! - 11/22/14

FYI - Food photographers deliberately do things 2 a recipe so it has more "mouth appeal". 2 add something 2 a pic of a recipe that could add to that, they will add things. 2 this recipe, adding celery is a logical progression. For that special glow, they spritz it w/ a glycerine spray. - 9/14/13

Very good. And who cares about the picture. What matters does it taste good? You're not eating the picture. The picture is there to show you what it looks like. - 7/9/17

I loved this recipe and it is so low in calories and has great protein! I did add some bell pepper and instead of fresh hot pepper added crushed red pepper flakes as that is what I had on hand. I made this two nights in a row, which is unusual for me, but it is that good. - 10/10/14

Didn't have a spicy pepper, but added sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions. Still kind of bland, but mixed well with the side of wild rice. Could have added some red pepper flakes, but didn't think about it in time. Next time I'll make sure to buy the right pepper for the punch. - 1/26/14

Pretty funny I found the exact same picture with a different recipe.http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/reci
pe-detail.asp?recipe=453075 .They don't list celery as an ingredient clearly it also has either fresh Parsley or cilantro, but only dried parsley is listed.

Once again, quit your belly aching about the picture. Did you make the recipe? Did you enjoy it? Did you not enjoy it? I too used thinly sliced chicken and it was great. - 7/8/21

These are delicious-- I make double (sometimes triple) the recipe and freeze in individual servings-- they thaw quick and are great to throw in with roasted veggies or to top a spinach salad - 5/22/21

I was looking for a basic shrimp recipe and found this one, yeah! I've added spinach and enjoy the nice taste of the hot peppers. I'm a jalapeno "seasoner" and use it in all of my entrees. This was so tasty and an enjoyment for the family. You can eat it alone or over rice, salad and noodles - 1/11/21
