Peanut butter apple whole wheat muffins

Ingredients
1 large apple - chopped ( I left skin on and used a pink lady apple)1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup old fashion rolled oats1/2 - 1 cup unsweetened applesauce4 tbsp peanut butter ( would have used almond but were out so I used Peter pans whipped)1/4 cup egg whites1-2 tbsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder4 oz of almond milk. ( I used light vanilla)I also added 5 packets of stevia.
Directions
Preheat wheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a muffin tin (I use coconut oil). In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients. In another bowl add the chopped apple, applesauce, peanut butter and egg. Mix. Combine the two mixtures. Spoon onto muffin tin & bake for 20 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
