Ingredients
3 large eggs0.25 cu skim plus milk1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
Directions
Mix together all ingredients.
Spray pan with cooking spray and turn on heat to med-hi.
Pour mix in and let sit for a moment or two, until it is starting to set in places.
Using spatula, push in from sides to center and and then redistribute evenly so that all uncooked egg liquid eventually touches the pan and is able to cook. Take off the fire as soon as cooked.
