Spinach feta quiche

Ingredients
9-inch frozen pie crust1 tsp olive oil1 clove garlic1 cup skim milk6-oz feta cheese4 eggs 1 tsp sea salt10 oz frozen spinach
Directions
Step 1: Sautee minced garlic with oil. Add spinach (thawed and drained), and feta. Stir until creamy.
Step 2: Lightly beat eggs, add milk and salt.
Step 3: Pour spinach mixture into pie crust
Step 4: Pour egg mixture over filled pie crust.
Step 5: Bake at 375-degrees for 50 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 2 inch slices
