Kelly's No-Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients
1 cup dry oatmeal1/2 cup (or 8 tbsp) dark chocolate or carob chips1/2 cup peanut or other nut butter1/2 cup ground flaxseed1/3 cup pure honey1 tsp. vanilla extract2 tsp. cinnamon2 tbsp (or 1/8 cup) toasted coconut
Directions
Combine all ingredeints and mix well. Place misture in the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove and roll into small balls. Optional- roll balls in toasted coconut.
