2 c spinach1 c kale1/4 avocado2 TBS chia seeds2 TBS ground flax seeds1 scoop of Garden of Life Raw Meal1 TBS frozen juice concentrateI blend all these greens together first to get a creamy consistency. I add enough water to help the process.6 frozen strawberries1 c frozen blueberries1 1/2 frozen bananasblend the rest together and enjoy! You have to add a lot of water to keep it blending - it gets thick. This makes 2 large smoothies - enough to fill up on for breakfast or any meal!
