Bio Body Plum Ice Cream

Ingredients
2 cups Coconut and Almond Milk (Almond Breeze)1 can Coconut Cream (CHAOKOH)1-2 Dropper Fulls Vanilla Cream Stevia1/16 tsp (1 scoop) Powdered Stevia1/8 to 1/4 tsp Sea Salt2 cups plums boiled down to 1 cup1 -2 tbsp Real Lemon (optional)
Directions
Prepare plums by removing skins and pits. You will need about 2 cups or more. Mix with lemon juice. Place in a pot and render down to about 1 cup. Place in fridge or freezer. Cool to almost ice formation.

In a bowl add the just removed from fridge Milk and Coconut Cream, along with Salt and Stevia and mix well for 2 minutes. Then add the chilled plum mixture and mix for 1 min.

Pour into a previously prepared ice-cream maker and process for about 30 minutes.
