Ingredients
Ingredients178g Celery sliced 178g Courgettes sliced(i used baby ones) 178g Cauliflower florets 178g Broccoli florets 178g Cabbage chopped 2 Veg stock cubes1 Chicken Stock cubeBlack Pepper 2 Litres Hot Water
Directions
Put Water on to Boil
Prepare all Veg
Add Veg, all but the Cabbage, to Boiled Water
Add Stock Cubes desolve thougherly
Simmer 30mins
Add Cabbage for another 10mins
Blitz (if liked) Leaving 2 cups aside, to
give more texture
