Tomato salad with garlic & olive oil (adapted from Ina G's pasta)

Ingredients
1 Pint tomatoes ,cut in half.1 Garlic clove , minced.5 Basil leaves ,julienned.1 dash of freshly ground black pepper.1 dash of kosher salt1 Tbsp good olive oil.1/4cup parmesan cheese , grated.
Directions
Cut tomatoes, mince garlic, julienne the basil leaves
mix this with the olive oil salt and pepper, let sit in room temperature for 4 hours.

Serving Size: makes 2 sevings @ 1 cup tomatoes and juices
