Thin Pizza Crust (Like Dominos)

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 3.5 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)water 3/4 cupactive dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp
Directions
Heat oven to 500

Mix water, yeast, oil, salt and sugar until disolved. Add flour until a ball forms.

On floured surface kneed 6-8 times.

Make two balls.

Place one ball between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out till 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle pan with cornmeal.

Bake just the crust for 4 minutes.

Remove from oven and add desired toppings and then return to oven for 5 minutes then rotate the pan and continue cooking for 6 more minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 12 inch Pizza's which is 16 slices/servings
