Ginger-Sesame Pork

15 oz. pork, cut into pieces2 tbsp. cooking saki1 tbsp. soy sauceginger (ground or grated, as preferred)sesame oilcornstarch
Heat sesame oil in a skillet, and add pork. Stir fry until cooked through.
Add ginger, saki, and soy sauce, and allow to heat until bubbling.
Mix 1-2 tbsp cornstarch with a small amount of water, and add to skillet to thicken the sauce. Serve over rice, noodles,or shredded cabbage.
