Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients
one head cauliflower1/2 cup all purpose flower1/2 cup waterdash of salt and pepper3 tbs butter/margarine, melted1/4 cup louisiana hot sauce
Directions
Mix water, flour, salt, pepper and a dash of hot sauce. Dredge cauliflower (chopped into bite sized pieces) into flour mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 450*. While baking, mix butter and hot sauce to brush onto cauliflower. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy.
