Whole Grain Granola Bars

Ingredients
1.5 cups oatmeal (gluten free for gluten free recipe)1.5 cups brown rice krispies.5 cup peanut, chopped.5 cup pecans, chopped.5 cup chocolate chips.5 cup brown rice syrup1 ts vanilla.25 ts salt (optional)3 tb peanut butter
Directions
Measure oatmeal, brown rice krispies, peanuts, pecans and chocolate chips into a bowl and mix. Pour brown rice syrup, vanilla sale and peanut butter on top. Mix well.

Spoon into and 8x8 inch non stick baking pan lined with parchment paper. Cook 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
