2 bananas1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 large egg3 cups rolled oats6 tbsp pb21 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp salt 4 packets stevia3 tbsp water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Starting with wet ingredients, mix to combine. Add dry ingredients & mix to combine. If mixture is dry, add more water 1 tbsp at a time. If too runny, add more oats or pb2 one tbsp at a time. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Great for a snack or breakfast!
