1/2 cup sour cream1 lb skinless, boneless chicken1/2 cup chicken broth1 cup sliced mushrooms1 small zucchini, sliced thin1 clove garlic, minced1 small onion, sliced thin
Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and cook chicken over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes or until chicken thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Add zucchini, onion and mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in minced garlic and cook about 30 seconds. Add chicken broth and heat through. Stir in sour cream and cooked chicken.
