Cauliflower Crusted Pizza

Cauliflower, raw, 1 floweret Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 100 gramsEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 largeTomato Sauce, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Turkey breast meat, 5 slices Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Chop 1 cauliflower. Put into a blender to creat some sort of “cauliflower rice”. Put cauliflower rice on the microwave for about 5 minutes. Mix the cauliflower with 1 entire egg and about 50g of mozzarella cheese. Make your pizza base and put into oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove pizza from the oven and pu tomato sauce, a bit of cheese, onions, turkey breast, green bell peppers and mushrooms. Cover with a bit more cheese (total 50g).
Put into the oven for about 10 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 pizza = 4 slices
