Mac N Cheese

8 oz rice pasta shells4 oz shredded sheep cheese4 oz cheddar goat cheese, grated1/2 small yellow onion, grated3-5 cloves garlic, grated1-1/2 cups coconut milk3-4 oz baby peas, frozen
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Prep onion, garlic, cheese.
Add to sauce pan with milk.
Heat to boiling while whisking well. Can easily stick to bottom of pan.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Rinse and add to 3 quart casserole dish.
Add cheese sauce. Add peas. Stir well.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs (optional).
Bake for 30 minutes.
