1 tblsp orange zest1/4 cup orange juice2 tblsp hoisin sauce1 tablespoon low sodium tamari1/2 tsp chile-garlic paste2 tsp walnut pieces
In a small bowl whisk orange zest, orange juice, hoisin sauce, tamari and chile-garlic sauce and set aside.
In a wok or large non-stick skillet, heat oil on high, add beans and stir-fry for 4 minutes stirring frequently. Add 3 tblsp water and cook for 4 more minutes. Add shrimp, scallions and hoisin-chilie mixture and stir-fry until shrimp are juicy and just cooked through, about 2 minutes.Top each serving with walnuts and serve .
