Spinach Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 pkg Old El Paso Original Taco Seasoning1 pkg Pictsweet Seasoning Blend1 small can sliced black olives1 c. Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Shredded Cheddar1 c. Daisy Light Sour Cream16 Cherry Tomatoes1 c. sliced cucumber4 cups Fresh Express Spinach
Directions
Rinse and dry spinach and slice cucumbers.

Cook ground beef until done. Add taco seasoning, seasoning blend, and black olives - let simmer for 10 minutes.

Each salad bowl gets 1 cup spinach, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 c. sliced cucumbers, 1/4 c. shredded cheese, and 1/4 c. sour cream.
