Toasted Granola Energy Bar

Directions
Combine oatmeal, nuts and cinnamon in a 9x13 pan and lightly toast in the oven. Takes about 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Stir lightly every 3 minutes or so.This is completely optional but just adds another layer of flavor. In a large bowl combine all other ingredients except water. Allow oatmeal to cool then blend all of the nuts and 3/4 of the oatmeal to a coarse consistency. Add to honey mixture and combine. Add remainer of oatmeal. Add hot water a few tablespoons at a time until mixture sticks together. Press into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Cool in fridge or freezer. Remove and cut into desired shape. Store in individual zipper snack bags for convenience.
