For the microwave this was awesome!! I substituted oats for bread crumbs and used egg whites instead and used everything else and it was delicious. I was in a hurry to make something asap and decided to try this and SATISFIED :) Was unsure of using the microwave but it worked and saved me time!!!! - 11/12/09

This dish is sooo good! It was super moist and my husband loved it. I left out the sage (I didn't have any) and used 99% fat free turkey. I also cooked it in the oven for 40 mins on 350. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe! - 10/17/09

I have made this several times. It is very popular with my family. My microwave takes longer to get the turkey cooked through. I use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temp is high enough for safety. - 7/6/09

Yum! This was a great recipe! I added 2 whole eggs instead of egg sub and cooked it in the oven for 45 mins at 350F (cause I am leery of the microwave). The ingredients were just perfect, so very moist and tasty....I will be making this again! - 2/3/09

I added frozen spinach, and did half lean ground beef. Barely added any calories, and it was wonderful. I expected microwaved meatloaf to be kind of gray and slimy, but I couldn't tell it hadn't been in the oven - 9/9/09

This was so delicious and so moist! I will definitely be making this again. I had to double the recipe and didn't want to figure out how long to cook in the microwave so I cooked in the oven for 45 minutes at 350. So yummy! - 8/27/12

I used beef- will use turkey next time. I used an egg instead of substitute. Also, I subbed tyme for the sage. This all worked well. I loved your recipe! This was my first time to make meatloaf. My Hubby was pleasantly impressed! Thanks! - 10/1/09

This was fabulous and sooo easy. With it starting to get warmer outside, I didn't want to heat up the oven but was a bit skeptacle about this recipe. I was positively thrilled to find that this recipe turned out so good and will be a family favorite that I will make again and again. - 4/21/08

This was the best turkey meatloaf I have ever had. It was easy to cook, moist and the flavor was great. Even the members of my family who prefer ground beef over turkey enjoyed it. I followed the instructions exactly and it was a little salty for my tastes so next time I will lessen/omit the salt. - 11/8/13
