no bake peanut butter balls

1 cup Quaker Oats3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, simi-sweet or dark 1/3 cup pure honey1/2 cup flax seed or ground flax1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy1 tsp vanilla extract
mix all ingredients together. It will be thick somewhat and pasty.
once mixed use a 2 tbsp scoop or measure 2 tbsp of mix and shape into a ball.
Place on wax paper or in a dish to refrigerate.
Serving Size: 24.5 (2 tbsp each) balls or 49 (1 tbsp each) balls
