tuna in water - 10 ozcoconut flour - 2 Tblssweet potato - 1 c. cooked and mashedscallions - 3 diced2 eggscoconut oil - 4 Tbls.bacon = 3 slices dicedgarlic clove - 1 dicedcilantro - 2 Tbls dicedlemon rind from 1/2 lemon
Directions
assemble ingredients, form into 8 patties and fry 4 at a time in 2 Tbls in coconut oil
