Ingredients
Chop all veggies to desired size, Dress, toss, chill and later, enjoy. The main source of calories here is the regular dressing. use light if you desire or just season with salt and pepper. The juice from the veggies will be drawn out and make its own dressing. Each T. of the dressing is about 50 calories so choose what seems best for you. If you do things like substitute zucchini for cukes or something, you won't change the calorie count much. Cheese crumbles or chopped cold meat or tuna make this a meal.
