Spinach Berry Smoothie with Chia

Ingredients
Soak 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds with 4 Tablespoons of water for 15 minutes to make Chia Gel. Use 1/4 of gel in smoothie (either blended or stirred in after), refrigerate remaining gel for future use. Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Can use other fruit but it will change nutritional info.
