Spicy Lentil Spread

Cooked Lentil, boiled, no salt, 3 cup (remove) Yellow Cornmeal, .25 cup (remove) Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup (remove) *siracha chili sauce, 2 tsp (remove) Tomato Paste, 0.25 cup (remove) Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
Boil about 1 cup of dried lentils stirring occasionally (may need to add water)
Once soft remove and mash with 1/4 corn meal while hot. Stir in cumin and cayenne. Set aside.
Brown onion in olive oil then add tomato paste and water as needed to make a thick sauce then add siracha.
Combine onion and lentil mixture.
Serving Size: 30 2 Tbsp servings
