Sirloin Steak w/Garlic Butter

Ingredients
Sirloin SteakSaltPepperButterGarlic cloves, mincedGarlic powder
Directions
Season steaks with kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Allow to sit at room temp one hour until steaks have sweated and the seasonings are hydrated.

Heat oven to broil. Sear steaks in iron skillet on top of the stove. Put in oven and broil 5 minutes. Sear on other side, then return and broil 5 minutes on opposite side.

Allow steaks to rest about 10 minutes. Spoon melted butter with minced garlic and garlic powder over steaks when plating. Enjoy!
