Marinated Bean Salad (no oil)

2 cans cut green beans (drained)1 can cut wax beans (yellow) (drained)1 can light red kidney beans (rinsed)1/2 yellow bell pepper (chopped coarsely)1/2 red/orange bell pepper (chopped coarsely)1/2 medium onion (chopped coarsely)5 oz grape tomatoes (cut in quarters)3/4 cup rice vinegar3/4 cup apple cider or white vinegar1-1 1/2 cup water ( to dilute vinegar)2 Tbs. splenda granules 1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
Combine Vinegars, Sugar, Mrs dash, and 1 cup of water mix and let set for a couple of minutes. At this point adjust to your taste buds. You may want to add a little more water, sugar and Mrs Dash. (Should be slightly sweet but tart.)
Combine all ingredients together in large covered bowl and let marinade in refrigerator at least 5 hours or overnight for best flavor.
