Hormel Always Tender Pork Tenderloin, 1.5lbAnnie's Naturals Consorzio Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp*(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1.5 tsp *1/2 tsp. Cumin PowderPaprika, .25 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp Lime Juice, 1 Tbsp
Mix all ingredients minus the pork. Rub the paste onto the pork, let marinate as long as you can. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes - or until done.
