1 cup Egg Beaters2/3 cup Fat Free Cottage cheese2 T Skim Milk2 T Canola Oil1/3 cup of Oat Bran1/2 t. vanilla
Put all ingredients into blender and blend. Use 1/4 cup for each pancake. Should make about 8 pancakes. Heat electric griddle 350 Degrees until light goes off. Spray with non fat cooking oil. Begin making pancakes. Serve with sugar free syrup.
