Paleo Breakfast Balls

1 lb ground turkey (can sub breakfast sausage or any other meat)5-6 slices turkey bacon (can use regular bacon)2 eggs2 tbsp maple syrup (can sub agave or raw honey)1 tsp cinnamonpinch of nutmegpinch of cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 375
Cook bacon first and let cool between paper towels to remove excess grease. Dice into small pieces.
In large bowl, mix ground turkey with eggs until dissolved, then add spices and syrup. Fold in bacon bits.
Using an ice cream scoop or a table spoon, roll balls using hands.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place formed balls on sheet.
Bake 30-35 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 16 balls
