Egss with peppers, onion and spincach

Ingredients
1 egg1 cup spinach1/4 c onion1/4 c green peppers1 T extra virgin olive oil
Directions
scramble eggs with salt and pepper set a side.
saute onion and peppers in oil until translucent.
add spinach cook till wilted.
pour eggs into veggie mixture
cook till eggs are done
