Puffed Wheat Granola Bars

Ingredients
3 cups oats (I used half rolled oats and half steel cut oats)2 cups puffed wheat ( can also used crisped rice cereal)1 cup flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 cup honey1/4 cup butter, melted1 tsp vanilla1 cup nuts, dried fruit, seeds, coconut, chocolate chips (I used 1/4 c sunflower seeds, 1/4 c pumpkin seeds, 1/2 c chocolate chips)
Directions
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Mix all together. Fold in fruit, nuts, etc. Press into jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown, 25 - 30 minutes. Score while warm. Allow to cool, serve.

Serving Size: I made 16 generous pieces, could be cut smaller
