3 3oz chicken breast pieces(no bone or skin)3 med. strips of uncooked bacon3 tbsp of BBQ sauce (I had KC Master Piece on hand)1/4 c Monterey Jack Cheese 3 tbs salsa ( I used HOT..I like the spice)
Take each 3oz piece of chicken breast and wrap a piece of bacon around it. I secure with a toothpick while it is grilling. Then cook the chicken until done on the grill. Remove chicken and set the oven to broil. Place the bacon wrapped chicken on a pan and remove the toothpicks. Spread on tbsp of bbq sauce on each piece of chicken, then top with cheese and salsa. Broil the chicken just until the cheese melts. Then serve. This recipe make 3 servings.
