1.75 lbs. frozen Haddock1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/2 cup dry white wine2/3 cup swanson 99% fat free chicken broth2 TB Realemon lemon juice2 TB butter (or margarine)4 TB whole wheat flour1-1/2 cups nonfat milk1 cup seedless grapes
Spray baking dish with nonstick spray. Place fish in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix wine, stock and lenon juice in small bowl and pour over fish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Melt margarine in small saucepan. Remove from heat and blend in flour. Gradually add milk and cook over moderately low heat, stirring consrtantly, until thickened.
Remove fish from oven and pour liquid from baking dish into "cream" sauce , stirring until blended. Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle with the grapes.
Broil about 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until sauce starts to brown.
Makes 3 large servings or 6 smaller servings.
