Hard Boiled Egg, 12 large Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup-3/4 cupMorton Nature's Seasons Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup Plochman's Mild Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp Pepper, white, 1/8 tspSalt, 1/4 tsp Onion powder, 1 tspParsley flakes
Hard boil eggs. Peel eggs and mash until pieces are about pea-sized. Add mayo and mustard, mixing well. Slowly add dry ingredients, except sugar, mixing well. Add half of sugar, mixing, and add the rest to taste. Add parsley to make pretty. Refrigerate. Will thicken as it sits in fridge.
