Turkey Chili

Ingredients
Ground Turkey - 2 lbs 1.5 cups tomato sauce no salt added1 can rotel - hot Mrs Dash chili seasoning - 2 packs (not in the list)1 medium yellow onion2 cups chickpeas (dried, then soaked)2 cups kidney beans (dried, then soaked)3 cups no salt added diced tomatoes2 cloves diced garlic
Directions
You could just keep this in the slow cooker for about 4-6 hours on low. I cooked in a dutch oven on the stove for 30 minutes medium heat, stirring consistently, then an hour and a half on low. I cooked the ground turkey, sauteed the onion and the garlic with it, added all other ingredients, then cooked.
