1/4 cup chia seeds1 cup milk1/3 cup pureed pumpkin1 Tbsp honey1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Mix 1/4 cup chia seeds with 1 cup milk. Let sit for 30 minutes, stirring with a fork every five minutes or so. If you love tapioca pudding, you'll love this! Get creative.
