Whole Wheat Bread Stuffing

2Tbsp egg beaters1/2Tbsp paprika1c diced raw celery2c chopped fresh mushrooms1 small raw onion12 pieces Sara Lee Delightful Wheat Bread1-1/4c Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1/2 cup of the chicken broth. Add the onions and mushrooms and celery and cook for 10 minutes until onions have softened.
In a bowl, combine the cooked veggies, remaining broth, bread, paprika, egg substitute and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place it in a casserole dish in a preheated 350-degree oven and bake for 45 minutes
