Exotec's Easy Crock Pot Chili

Ingredients
1 15-oz can light red kidney beans1 15-oz can dark red kidney beans1 15-oz can Ranch Style black beans1 8-oz can mushroom stems & pieces1 10-oz can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies1 24 oz jar Prego sauce (Italian Sausage & Garlic)1 lb ground chuck1/2 lb ground pork1/2 lb ground chicken1 T chili powder2 T garlic powder2 T onion powder3 T soy sauce
Directions
Pour all canned ingredients into crock pot and turn on medium to begin to cook.

Brown meats. Season with dried powdered garlic and onion, or minced (or refrigerated minced garlic); or caramelized minced onion... and chili powder and soy sauce.

Add seasoned, browned meats to crock pot.

Simmer several hours until beans are soft-tender.
Cool and refrigerate overnight to marry flavors.
