Ingredients
Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 2 serving *Coconut Sugar, 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Rolled Oats (gluten free), 20 gram(s) *Almond Milk, Silk unsweetened vanilla, .125 cup Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup, 1 serving Walnuts, 0.25 cup, chopped
Directions
Grease 8X8 baking dish
chop apple (peel or not to peel)
mix all other ingredients, sprinkle over top
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
