Asian Salad Dressing, (low-fat & sugar-free)

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves1 piece fresh ginger (about the size of a garlic clove)3 Tbs red wine vinegar2 packets of Splenda3 drops sesame oil1/4 cup lite soy sauce1/4 cup water
Directions
1. Use small food chopper to mince garlic and peeled ginger.

2. Add the liquid ingredients and pulse a time or two to blend, and serve.
