dough, 2.5 cups flour, 4 tbsp butter. melted for brushing on top of rolls and greasing pan, a pack dry yeast, .25 cups white sugar, .25 cups brown sugar, 2 tbs ground cinnamon. a tsp salt , .20 milk... frosting/glaze. 2 cups powders sugar , dash salt ,2 tbsp butter , 1 tsp vanilla.
mix yeast with couple tbsp very warm water in small glass dish to activate. mix flour, egg yolk, milk , yeast and sugar in large mixing bowl untill combine thoroughly. set on top of warm oven for 1 hour with warm damp towel over top . mix frosting while you wait .. powdered sugar , vanilla butter nad dash of salt , mix untill smooth nad creamy , place in cool place untill ready to use . when dough has risen , roll out with hands and rolling pin in big rectangle about 9x15. mix brown sugar, cinnamon and dash of salt in bowl , spoon over whole dough area , roll dough fron both ends to form a large log , cut in 1 inch slices and place in greased 3 inch deep 9x13 pan. pre heat over to 350 now and set aside covered in warm place for 30 min . untill they rise on more time. brush tops well with melted butter , place in preheated oven. cook for about 35 min or untill golded brown on top . let cool for at least 20 min, and spread frosting /glaze on all rolls . serve
