Spicy Tofu Egg Salad

Ingredients
350 g Soyganic organic tofu1/2 C. low fat mayonnaise - I used Hellman's1 medium celery stalk chopped2 green onions2 tbs fresh parsley1/2 tsp turmeric1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
combine all ingredients together and mix in a medium bowl.
serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days
