Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Cups

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed1 cup vanilla almond milk2 eggs3 cups old fashioned oats1 Tbsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla extract2 cups frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients except berries in a large mixing bowl. Let batter sit for approx. 10 minutes. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray and divide batter into muffin cups and bake for 25 - 30 minutes until lightly browned and firm to touch.
